Good thing we went for the hike yesterday because the rain arrived earlier than expected. But that’s ok, we need it and the air feels fresh again.

While getting ready this morning, I thought about how this feels like the craziest time in recent history. Like humanity pushed the “let’s go bonkers” button.

And I have the dubious fun of experiencing this era while starting menopause. So far, it’s been all right. I’m getting hot flashes, and it feels more like temperature swings. One moment I’m freezing, the next boiling.

Anyway, onward!
