During yesterday’s walk I visited my favorite community garden. It’s small but colorful. Thankful for the people who take care of the small, but still important things.
I’ve started holiday shopping and contemplating today’s to do list.
Looked at my Spotify Unwrapped and not surprisingly, Mariah Carey is my top artist. Also got my YouTube Recap. My watching habits are eclectic and cover a lot of ground and my top channel was about vintage car restoration followed by Gen X channels.

Fractals for peace!
Having a good time learning how to make 3D fractals. What I love best about fractals is all the weird little worlds they create. I can (and do!) spend hours exploring these strange, amazing landscapes.

Listened to Here For It All while working on photo and art projects yesterday and I really like this album. It’s a fun mix of contemporary and classic 80s and 90s R&B. I’ve especially warmed up to the track “My Love” because it’s totally giving quiet storm.
Stressful week, stressful sleep, stressful dreams, ahhh!
But still, I remembered the Here For It All dropped today.
I’ve only listened once so far and am in too distracted a state to give much of an in-depth analysis, nonetheless, here are my impressions:
Good album overall. Lighter mood, good grooves. I feel like I will like this better than Caution.
“Mi” is a good starter. Current faves are “Nothing is Impossible,” “Confetti & Champagne,” and “I Won’t Allow It.”
As much as I liked the singles, they feel slightly… out of place with the rest?
Will play it a few more times, as I need music to lift me out of this stressful spot.

Update after another listen the following morning:
The singles are the social media-friendly songs while the rest of the album harkens back to old school R&B. It’s working for me.
“Nothing Is Impossible” is the anthem.
Think this will be a slow burn, like Charmbracelet and Caution.
