Sci-fi Mood

It’s been raining so much I feel like a character in one of Ray Bradbury's stories set on Venus.

In that mood, I made this picture of a strange alien sea, maybe set on a fictional Venus.

Mars was always a popular subject for SF, but Venus was a contender for a time as a setting for vast oceans and dense rainforests, a fiction that fizzled with actual exploration of Venus.
