Black and White

I love this new camera but in late winter, there isn’t much to photograph. I walked around the streets for some urban photography instead.

My camera has at least four different black and white settings: regular mono/desaturated, rich mono, high contrast mono, and black and white poster. Of the three, I prefer the rich mono because it lends creamy tones to soften the contrasts.

B&W photography can be fun but all in all, I’m ready for spring. We’re supposed to get more rain this weekend. The bloom in a few weeks should be fantastic.
