Today

Had a good time at the museum and garden. Lots of lily pads at the pond. This water lily one was off to the side, blooming by itself. 

But wow, was it hot and humid. Ugh, I can’t wait until this heat wave leaves us but looks like it will last a few more days. Really ready for a proper autumn.

Still, the walk around was relaxing and helped me to get through a block with my current poetry project.
