The cooling trend finally appeared today. “Only” 75F and continues to cool.

That being said, the sun felt so good while I was out on my morning walk. The sky and atmosphere were more hazy, which softened the light somewhat.

My goal to walk everyday and then lift weights is paying off: I’m sleeping better and metabolizing better, both good for the post-menopausal years.

While walking was thinking about the recent 2016 nostalgia trend and of course, why wouldn’t people feel that way?

2010 to 2016 were absolute PEAK years.
