Yeah, I can feel the heat coming in. So did these echinacea flowers I saw during my afternoon trudge:

I was out about half an hour too long and had a dehydration headache when I got home. Need to shift my habits.

Thought today: an upside of getting older is better self-awareness and understanding more about who you are… even though it comes with the downside of aching knees.
