the little things

It’s the little things that count.

Last year for the holidays my family gave me a pair of Bluetooth headphones that unfortunately didn’t work with my busted old phone. I was disappointed but got on with life.

Then last week I remembered I still had the headphones tucked away. I took them out and voila, they work beautifully with my new phone.

I love little blessings like that. Sometimes a gift comes too early, and it needs time for fulfillment.

When making fractal art, I usually work with the standard Mandelbrot and Julia sets because they contain endless worlds.

Now and then I like to work with the equation that creates the burning ship pattern. I had several results saved up and made a video with them:
