Weather’s cooled off into mid 60s. Still a surreal feeling to stroll about in mild weather while the rest of the country is under a deep freeze. I checked on the East Coast peeps to make sure they’re prepared and ok.

Also: Last year, my previous Kindle went to e-reader heaven. I waited until I had some holiday money to get a new one.

It arrived this week and ahhhhh, so good to have a functioning e-reader again. The phone screen is too small and I like adjusting the brightness on Kindles.

I look forward to making progress on my TBR.

In light of everything, decided to go ahead and celebrate Black History Month early.

Starting with a tribute to Prince, the funky poet bard of Minneapolis.

I remember buying the cassette of this album and placing it into my Walkman.

And Corvettes! Now that’s some nostalgia.

I returned to look up the current news in Minneapolis and… OMFG. Like I said, shit is getting too crazy.
