If the first album introduced her and Emotions was a hit, this album propelled her into household name territory.
I was now in the groove of the next chapter of my life and the lead single “Dreamlover” and the follow up “Hero” were in constant rotation on the radio and MTV.
“Music Box” holds up and “Just to Hold You Again” is a nice slow jam.
Memories of working, hanging out with friends, reading new authors, road trips, shopping, trying out new ideas, putting a few marks on paper in an attempt to write and express myself; the stuff of young adulthood.
I like “Everything Fades Away” as the closer.
