A poem-thought that dropped into my mind while I was out walking:



 

We got what we got

because

we taught what we were taught.

Sometimes we’re set up for failure by the systems that teach and train us to be a certain way for someone else’s benefit, not ours, and then that erroneous thought or belief gets passed down.
