My back pain is slowly healing.
Yes, instead of hobbling around like a 90 year old, I'm now dashing around with the vigor of a 70 year old. 🤣🤣🤣 At least I can get a walk in to start stretching and strengthening the muscles again.
While resting, I'm listening to the podcast The Imbalanced History of Rock and Roll, and their reviews of 1971 and 1972, banner years for rock and watching a few reports about the moon landing:
