I’ll say this about our demented times: at least people are slowly becoming aware that fame, wealth, and celebrity ain’t all that.

No amount of fame, money, clout, achievement, etc. will help if you are fundamentally broken inside and cannot come to terms with your humanity and the humanity of others.
