And the price tag said $4.99. Ridiculous!
Finding an article of clothing like that in a thirft store annoys me as a shopper and as a donor. When I donate clothes, I make sure they’re in good shape and laundered. Anything else is cut down for a rag and then recycled.
People on modest budgets deserve decent clothing, too.
